The premise of Wife Swap is that one parent from each household swaps places
for a week to experience how another family runs their lives. It is an
incredible family experience and opportunity to both learn and teach
different family values.
Wife Swap is a fascinating story of what happens when two married couples
see themselves and their spouses in a whole new light. The New York Post
says, "It should be called ‘Life Swap’ because it's not just the wives who
learn something here. It's the families."
Potential families can live anywhere in the United States, but we ask that
families who apply consist of two parents that have at least one child, ages

In case you are unfamiliar with the show, the premise of Wife Swap is to
take two different families and have the mom's switch place to experience
how another family lives. Half of the week, mom lives the life of the
family she is staying with. Then she introduces a "rule change" where she
implements rules and activities that her family has. Each family should
consist of two parents and at least one child over the age of five and
should reside in the continental U.S. It's a positive experience for
people to not only learn but teach about other families and other ways of
life.
