The Swan offers the participants the incredible opportunity to undergo physical, mental and emotional transformations& follows them through the process. This groundbreaking show culminates in a pageant in which one participant will be crowned "The Ultimate Swan."

The final reveal will be especially dramatic because the contestants will not be permitted to see themselves in a mirror during the three-month transformation process.
Applicant Requirements
All applicants must be between the ages of 21 & 45, must have health insurance and must not be recovering from any surgeries or illnesses
You & your family member can be located anywhere in the US.
Please note-You must be looking for a NUMBER of procedues...not ONLY ONE- Ex: You need your teeth straightened, nose job, breasts lifted or enlarged and tummy -NOT just one)
