Are you developing residential property for profit?
New show by the creators of "Amercian Idol," are looking for people within a 200 mile radius of Los Angeles who are currently developing residential property for profit.
Anyone who wants to be featured on the tv show must:
* Plan to have possesion of the property this summer .
* Be fairly new to developing.
*Be prepared to have all aspects of the developement filmed.
*Plan rehab to take no more than 5 months.
*The property filmed should be fixed with the intent to turn around and sell just after changes are made.
