Starting Over Recaps: September 18 2003 Episode
I only caught the last 15 minutes of Starting Over because I woke up late, so forgive me for this brief summary.
Christine was on a date by herself. She was eating salad in a cozy cafe and the owner was very friendly to her. He even sat down with her and gave her tips on places in Chicago where she could visit. After the restaurant, she went on a mini boat cruise where she saw the Chicago skyline at night. Next, she went a jazz club and noticed that everyone else was with someone. After the performance, the whole house came to pick her up. Christine admitted that she had a great time and that the only thing that was missing was another person.
Then Andy is shown saying that she lent Christine a sweater and that she had formed a bond with her by learning to trust both herself and Christine.
In the previews for tomorrow, Andy gets bad news. The segment showed her crying after Rhonda gives her the bad news.
